Balzaretti is terrific. You really cannot say anything bad about a player that gives his best everytime he is on the field. Full respect to the jearsy he is wearing, hence full respect we have to him.
It was a very pleasent surprise that DP and Balzaratti started the last game. I dont think that it is a coincicendence that we scored 3 goals immediately.
Lets take the last three games Del Piero has started them:
Livorno V Juve = 1-3 Del Piero played 90min scored 1 assisted 1
Juve V Fiorentina = 1-1 Del Piero played 60 min scored 1 then was subbed and juve did nothing upfront.
Siena V Juve = 0-3 Del Piero played 70 min did not score assisted 1 and built another goal.

Now it does not take a genious to start DP infront of Ibrahimovic.

well balza is a young kid and probably at one point in his life wanted to play side by side with del Piero. I like any young italian talent we bring in it give us character, not like inter, with there entire starting lineup being from a foriegn country, exculding their goalie toldo.

Del Piero has played great games off the bench and even better when he has started.
lets not forget he scored 4 goals in a week.
coppa italia = 4-1 win vs. fiorentina - del scored 3 goals
serie A = 1-0 win over reggina - scored a great goal... good flick on for trez and he cracked a brilliant shot from outside the 18.
