£50 ?

I can buy the same poster here in the same size for 3 £ !!

I have a realy big poster in my house , it's like 2.5 m × 2 m and that cost me arond 90 $ .

i'll upload the pics later to show you my poster .
its not a poster, its a hand signed picture of del piero which is better than a poster, especially in terms of value as he is a wc winner and a widely respected player £50 for an authentic signature is a bargain, they had one of nedved too but del piero looked the more profitable one if i ever came to selling it, which i wont

I don't get why people would pay hard cash for an autograph. I mean, it's an autograph, right? Meeting a player could be nice, I guess. But to be honest, I'd want some of them to remain untouchable icons and others I just really don't want to meet. I definitely won't degrade myself to running after them for an autograph (this isn't aimed at you badass, so don't wind yourself up).

ok, well since it was reduced by 75% due to our relegation i thought £50 was a bargain, especially since signed pics of the likes of kaka and beckham were going for at least £200, yes its still quite a bit of money, but it was one of those deals i couldnt say no too, its just the idea of possessing the hand signature of the player i adore the most was too great to resist. besides its actually some peoples job to get players to sign these pics and sell them which is how i got mine, off a supplier that specialises in this and film memorabiliar

I'm reading A Season With Verona these days. Now I just came across a paraghraph in which Parks talks about "poor Del Piero, yesterday's star".

Two things immediately came to my mind:

1) Alessandro Del Piero is a name destined for greatness and melancholy. It's quite simply a terrific name. I'm not talking about the player, the guy or his skill. But dear god, what a great name.

2) Just you wait, Parks. Del Piero was dead and burried in 2000. But boy, you have to admire the way he came back.
