twas beautifull to see dp running at defenders with confidence, his assist could only be done by him...all he needs is to keep that up and he will regain some of his lost legend status.

So you saw the match, did you?
I was wondering where you were :D
Yeah I woke up early to see the match, however right after it ended I had to attend a brunch for Mother's Day. The win and performance made me much more pleasant of son for my mom. :D

Del Piero impressed me in yesterday's match. I must say. But we shouldn't let that get into our heads. I still think that his best days are behind him.

    FORZA DP.

    FORZA JUVE.

    elnur, and chxta. stop talking.

in your honest opinion, only a LEGEND would attempt that bike, and you know this.

sure his better days are behind him, but i DEFINATELY dont think hes washed up. hes STILL kicking for sure, and today just proved to the world, that HES STILL ON TOP< and the captain of the greatest team in the serie A.

think about it, against milan, away at the san siro, with it all on the line. DEL STEPS UP AND ATTEMPTS A BICYCLE KICK FOR A CROSS, not even the goal. Only someone with class would pull that off, and he hit it PERFECT.

go to juventus.com, and look at the first thing you see as of right now, all i gotta say.

Del is a ledge. In the past, now, and forever.

I still think that DP is maybe our skilled player out there . He is hand to hand with zlatan at dribbling skills... but i think DP have much better first touch and have a little more flair than Z.

    BUT

the big negative point of DP is that he is not always with confidence,,,and DP without confidence= crap most of the time.

He still have the skills to be a champion,, but his problem is in his head not in the field.

Well done DP! A great 1st half, second half was quieter but Juve spent the majority of that defending.

Let's hope he continues this for the last few games of the season.
agreed monkfish and for that i changed my signiture:D

Im really happy he did that great assist to Trez, it'll boost his confidence (and also Trez's), you can see him playing better than usual today against Milan :)

The fact that he was visible in this game and Capello didnt substitute him only proves the point that its not that Capello 'dislikes' him or anything... He's just a very sensible coach.

Del Piero really impressed me in the first half; he really looked up for the game and showed some passion for once. It was great to see him running at defenders and hassling Milan's defenders.

There's a time for everything, and I don't think it's right to be saying "I still think he's washed up". Alex played like a captain today, let's just think about that for now.

    Forza Alex :star:
