Hoori, You are just wrong.

Del piero can't play in Vucinic place, and if you paid attention in yesterday game, Ale had a horrible first half when he played left, but in the second when he moved to the center and played as a striker, he started playing much better and had his finest moments. That's why Giacc:/Este will play instead of Vucinic and not because Conte doesn't have Ale in his plans. That's just ridiculous.
So, Ale is a classic no. 9 now, right? No? so how come he played as lone striker since the 60th mintue, and did it well?

That's because he can do well in every attacking position. Yesterday he was better in the middle of the attacking line, but vs. Cesena he played in Vucinic position and looked so well I was sure he is gonna rape them.

All you guys (I don't know if you're one of them, cheese) who protected Conte and Agnelli and now come here saying "We told you", you should say "You were right", cause last night was the prove that the decision to ignore Ale isn't professional.

P.S

I'm not Hoori. :D

I commented just once on this subject and said that i would be happy with Ale finishing his carrer in the US because i prefer playing instead of sitting on the stands, and Knowing Ale that's what he would've want, he wants to play and next year it would be difficult for him to find a place in the team or in the bench if we get the likes of Jovetic/Tevez/Giovinco...
Ale still have a good two years in him and i'd rather see him playing and i will if he moves to another team than just seing him being on the stands or sitting on the bench next year.

I agree with you that Alex had a good game playing as a lone striker and that's why i told Hoori, Alex throughout his carrer icouldn't play as a left winger in a trident, same thing with the Azzurri, so suggesting that Conte won't play Ale just because he have something against him is just plain stupid.

Ale isn't capable of replacing Vucinic on the Left and yesterday game showed it, that he's more effective on the center and close to the goal

PS: As for the way AA handled the situation, i thought it was just wrong..

Right after I found out about Mirko's injury I said it and I still stand by it that from our bench Del Piero would be the most natural replacement. Not as someone who can cover the left side in a 4-3-3 but as someone who will easily replicate most of the good things Vucinic offers.
I won't go into details explaining again why is it important to have more players who can spread the play well (we had Pirlo and Vucinic, and perhaps Marchisio) but that is the reason why I think DP should be the #1 candidate to replace Vucinic, even at the expense of slight changes in the system up front.
If it's not DP then it will be and should be Giac. Not Quagliarella. Quag is a fine player and he might score more goals than Mirko and DP, but his characteristics won't fit well in our play. And we've been successful with that play and that style so I'd prefer as little changes possible.

What is wrong with you man? Why should anyone say "you were right".

Are you hearing me asking you to apologize because you thought Conte would never play Del Piero? I could go on, but I choose not to. You do the same.

Yeah, after he humiliated him for weeks he played him in one Coppa match, now it's all good.

:sergio:

And no one should say "you were right", I just don't want 'em to come here and say thing like "we told you he'll use him, Conte can make the best out of him" and such BS.
