Pirlo will sit and watch when Ale wants to take the freekick, no question about it here. Pirlo isn't half the freekick taker Ale is TBH.
I'm not talking about abilities or anything (Pirlo is quite good i think). I'm just saying that from what I have seen is that Del Piero doesn't have the role he used to have, and his resposabilites have been very marginalized. In one interview he even told that his team mates said that he is still the captain and etc, this shows me that he feels (its quite possible that it's not only a feeling) that he is being left out. I think it's not a coincidence that he doesn't take freekicks corners or anything, he is just being left out little by little, as if Conte is preparing life after him. Why else would he come in just for 5-10 minutes? Yeah, he's old, but I don't think he doesn't have 30 min in him.

I'm not saying that I like it or it should be like this, in fact to me it's quite sad that one of the biggest legends of all time is treated like this. But it's just they way I see things going right now.

Can't disagree here. Things have changed a lot this season for him which is quite sad for me.

i hope he scores soon so he can cheer you up

i have a feeling Del Piero will move to EPL, i hope it's liverpool... will you still post when he leaves? :p
Don't know how this forum will look when it's Del Pieroless. I know I'll feel jobless though :D

If he plays at least 20min he'll definitely score.

I remember DP whenever I see Ryan Gosling. Weird.

i wanna see DP starting!!! T_T

But it seems that it will be totally impossible against napoli and lazio.

Cesena could be a good game for him to make an early appearance tho.
