Auguri, Ale. Remarkable how everyone is celebrating him as a person. That does mean a lot. He's not as clinically clean as Messi though, Del Piero's an actual person, not an image. He is a man. I think he will go on to do great things after his playing career, albeit maybe not in football and maybe not in the spotlights. Best of luck, Ale.
Andries, look, you can ditch the whole forum but fuck you if you leave Del Piero's thread this season.

I want to see you posting more often in this thread. Do not fucking disappear from this thread.

No worries, I was already planning to. It's been hard to stomach all the news about him and Milan though. I still believe he'll be off to America, seeing how much he loves American sports. I'm going to try and watch him play one more time this season by the way.

No, he said he admired Manchester United and loved the atmosphere surrounding English stadiums.

He's sublime so he'll probably cook really good meals. And be a great father. And a great driver. And noone will ever know. :D

Don't get me wrong there, it will break my heart to see him in any other jersey.. but I want him to be in a great team where he's very appreciated, not a bench warmer with a contract reminder

United disgusts me too sometimes, but our board disgusts me all the time.

Happy Birthday Ale.
Our legend, our Captain, our true Leader.
You made me love football even more, knowing that a player of your class actually exists.
You made me love the number 10.
The day you leave football, is the day I like football less.
I wish you a scudetto this year to be the perfect ending for a Legend.
I posted this to my fb , i hope there isn't any prob :p .
