I agree. Ales deal has to be renewed. but looking at it objectively it would be better to sign a younger player to a long term deal. Ale needs to understand when to retire, like Zidane knew when to. I really dont want Ale playing till he is in his late 30's and for an entire generation of young ppl to remember him as the washed up guy who could not let go.

I think Ale should sign maybe a one year extension on his current deal then move into a directors position. It will be for the good of the player and the team.
