Inzaghi is like an unproductive Trezegeut IMO. Someone has to set the table for him so that he can clean up. Boriello on the other hand can create on his own for himself or for others as well.

We're not talking if it's good enough or not. Don't mix salt with sugar.

I'm not asking Pippo nor I want Pippo in the NT. I don't like him.

But he's one goal scorer machine, like it or not.
I showed he has scored 19 goals in 5 Serie A seasons, and Borriello has scored the same amount in one frigging season, how the fuck is a goalscorer machine??? and most importantly, what makes you say he should be chosen over the current topscorer who is as effective as Pippo has been in 5 seasons, in this season alone?

If you didnt say Pippo is better then Borriello, why are you arguing it? And Pippo not withstanding, Borriello deserves his best because he is one of the few best options Italy have, and he has proven himself by scoring more then everyone else. That simple.

Osman,

I never said he should be chosen over the current topscorer. Re-read what I said. I wouldn't call any of them to the NT.

As for Pippo being goalscorer machine is that because he proved that over and over, from CL to EUFA Cup all the way to Serie A and even with the Azzurri. Borriello hasn't proved anything other than he's a current goal leader. I'll call him a goal-machine if he continue like this till the next two years.

I'm not arguing anything FFS...what are you on? I started saying that I wouldn't call Borriello to the NT, then I quoted you saying that I disagree with you about Inzaghi scoring once in a while.

Because 4-3-3 is his default tactic, I think he'll carry 6 forwards meaning 2 for each position. I want him to carry- Toni, Borriello/Amauri, Del Piero, Di Natale, Quagliarella (only because he's the only who plays that LWF position regularly) and Iaquinta.

Inzaghi may not score much, but he usually scores when it matters most (CL final, against us, etc.)
but pippo isn't as able and as productive as someone like boriello right now. and remember its all about whats right now that counts.

you can't overlook 19 goals and top scorer in serie A for anyone.

:agree:

And in some situations, you have to be able to create things on your own. You can't always wait for someone to serve the goal on a plate to you.
