The thing is that everyone out there knew our situation was a carrer killer. I mean our players have lost motivation and were in downward spiral, nothing seemed to work. They were split into camps...
After Tudor the first 2-3 games we played a great football pressing the shit of everyone but it was to little time to train our team into his liking and then he had to play it cautious because the last 4 games were deciding factor for the whole season and next season.
The players FIGHT for him and LOVE him and thats also important. Everywhere he was he did good, his Marselile played GREAT football, Verona was choking life out of all teams in Serie A and Lazio was also pain in the ass. Now if you praise Conte for leaving when he senses that the club has no aspirations for more than you have to praise Tudor also because everytime he left it was because of disagreements with the board BUT without drama and scenes like Conte and without convincing. \
Dont mention the Ex-Yu countries and leagues as example because I lived there, I know how football funtioncs over there and yes even prime Lippi will fail if he doesnt support the right politic party or president of the league.
Is he the next Conte or Lippi ? Maybe not, but he deserves a chance because he did what very very few could do, and trust me just 1% of the coaches would succed to do what he did. Last season everyone was praying for the father of the midget Coencicao to coach us but he also failed to turn Milan around.
Give this man his chance because he deserved it and tbh my PERSONAL opinion is that he is a rough diamond who just needs the right chance,

at marseille everyone wanted him to stay. my bet is that he left them because he was waiting for juventus. he also stayed with juve as pirlo's vice. he did a good job at lazio, he wasn't convinced with the direction that club has taken (and he probably was right as they are in a worse position than they were with sarri)

Tudor knows serie a, knows juve, knows that last season was pathetic but managed to pull through with a demoralized team that pretty much all but gave up. I trust that he'll have done a better job than Motta if he was given the same team from the beginning. He needs help from management to build a better team and be a bit more competitive. Next season needs to be one where juve finishes at least 3rd. Stick with him and forget about any outside solutions who are unknowns. What the fuck did Silva do to even be mentioned in the list of potential coaches.
Conte, Gasperini, and Allegri will most likely secure top-four finishes with their teams, and Inter’s spot is practically guaranteed, with or without Inzaghi. So we can’t afford to take this lightly, we need a coach who gives us a high chance of making the Champions League. Tudor was lucky to get a spot this season despite losing to Parma and dropping points in several draws. Over the course of a full season, I doubt he can deliver consistent enough results to secure a top-four finish.
