the biggest question for me will be how flexible Tudor is tactically. It’s what held Motta back. It’s what held Allegri back (the second time) it’s what held Sarri back, etc. Need to find a manager that can adapt to his players, and not vice versa. Tudor seems to have all the other stuff, so if he shows he can do that, he can be the guy, and not just a caretaker.
My main concern with Tudor is that he is notoriously hard to manage, the sort of person that will walk out on a club if they can't deliver what he wants. Something tells me Giuntoli wont be any different, another reason why bringing Conte is very short term so long Giuntoli is here.

"We are Juventus, we must regain our pride,"

Igor Tudor's speech to the team during the first training session.

[La Repubblica]

During yesterday's training session, Igor Tudor's shouts rang out clearly outside Continassa, with his key message firmly reiterated: intensity, intensity, intensity.

You don't want Grinta Gatti play with intensity :scared:
at the beginning of the season gatti played with intensity. those were the best weeks of his jj career so far

an indecisive gatti is a shit footballer. an intense gatti isn't a chiellini replica exactly, but at least he's winning his duels and won't get dribbled by easily

btw i'm not expecting anything particular from tudor. he needs to wake the team up, that's probably the minimum and also the maximum he can achieve in such a short time. the lethargy/apathy shown during the last few matches was absolutely unsustainable and intolerable. if he manages to get rid of that then he's worth his wages

Hmm what will happen to Chico and The Count with this formation?
In that case Conceicao will have to adapt - Either play on the right or as a forward (The later is still debatable).
McK could be a midfield sub or a Cambiasso sub so we are actually quite covered.
Mbangula is probably the one who will pay the ultimate cost as he cant defend much compared to Conceicao who is quite surprising in that aspect.
As a forward he will be option number 4 probably
Koop - Yildiz is quite obvious so no need to explain.

Defensive wise - Call me crazy but Im way way not sold on Veiga - He is a new Danilo for me - I mean he is useful but he isnt on par with Kalulu or even Gatti defensively.

His Verona side was quite a pain in the neck. They played a high-pressing match against us with too much intensity. We lost that game. I hope we see that intensity here, and that the players start to show some guts.

we also lost against tudor's lazio once in the league and once in the cup (although we still progressed in the cup). he has a 3-0-2 record against allegriventus, and even if we didn't have a great squad on either of those occasions, it's safe to say that both verona and lazio had less quality

he always came across as an intense guy and so is his football

just please dont use suckatelli, the worst midfielder since michele pazienza. just fuck him!
Or is locatelli a victim of shit management the past few seasons? This is the problem...no one has stood out and played brilliantly for us for a long time now.

Im happy for the tactical change and the injection of cuntiness and juve DNA brainwashing Tudor will impose on the team. It is well overdue.

He has a short period of time to assess the good from the average.
