Igor Tudor will be Juventus’ coach at the Club World Cup. Damien Comolli and Giorgio Chiellini want to think carefully before changing the coach.

The directors want to calmly analyse and deepen the possibility of Tudor coaching next season according to his contract, which runs until June 2026. It's not certain that the Croatian will 100% remain with the Bianconeri, there will be more certainties after the tournament in the USA.

it gives a very bad public image to us the fans and also the players if you’re trying to find a new coach and get rejected twice and only then commit to whoever you have. Sure, it happens in corporate life sometimes but it does show there’s very little trust in one’s competences imo.

It's all media speculation at this point. And what the media reported as for Gasp is that he wouldnt change his mind over a phone call and was disappointed the new management didn't travel to meet him in person. Pure bullshit

Post-season friendlies. Such a great idea.
I heard Madrid offers 1M bonus per capita if they win it. There goes your friendly tournament.

I don't mind Tudor staying. I think he is an adequate coach for our current level. Probably, we'll be fighting for CL places and anything above that will be a bonus. Maybe let's first reach the level of assuring CL spot before the last round and start from there with a better coach.

Yeah, Comolli called him before being officially appointed and spoke to him in what language exactly? I don't expect Gasp to be able to have such a complex conversation in any language besides Italian and Comolli doesn't speak Italian apparently.

Not surprised.
I hope we do something even if the option outsides arent very appealing. I would like us to at least try to improve rather than stay with a manager who is clearly not a top coach.
I have nothing against Tudor and he isnt crap but he is also not a top coach.

Hope we don’t wait until march to fire him…. Another lost season - the guys tactics are from 1740 - we will have trouble qualifying for cl again.
Just don’t waste any money on the market and save until you decide to bring in a serious coach

If it weren’t for the sentiment around him being a former Juve player, he’d be gone in a second

Im disappointed we keeping Tudor. He is really untested and pretty average so far in his career.

In unstable club the coach needs to standout to give them the extra edge and advantage they need on the pitch. Not be potential weakness.

Missed opportunity not hiring top tier coach this summer

the club put sustainability ahead of results. we don't have a top tier squad. we tried to hire two top tier italian coaches (conte and gasp), they accepted other offers

conte before juventus:

now you wouldn't hire this guy, would you. and i wouldn't blame you.

tudor took a disjointed, disorganized team full of injuries and took it to the cl. the parma game was a disgrace, other than that, we more or less got what we were aiming for - even if we had two stupid red cards, both of them completely out of tudor's competence and responsability. he finished the season with a defense completely unworthy of this club's traditions. i bet he dies inside every time he sees kelly or rouhi, and he didn't even blink. i think that he deserves a chance.

We were playing 2-2 against a relegated Venice side and had a very lucky PK because Hans got an error in his head. We didn't create for jack shit in that second half.

In the do or die match we got behind after 2 minutes and couldn't even defend a 2-1 lead for more than 15 minutes.

I couldn't think of a more underwhelming appointment than Tudor. He should be given all the praise for the results, but the games were of absolute shit level.

Top coaches like Zidane and klopp demand top players to fit into their system which the board can't provide. Regardless of financial situation, we have corrupt management system particularly in budget and revenue(one season without sponsorship) that not every manager is willing to deal with.
