Cavenaghi is a striker, Palladino is a support striker.

It all depends on what the coach wants next season. I personally wouldnt mind having Cavenaghi as back up to Trezeguet. But once again, we cant afford to have so many strikers.

Once again, if we qualify for the CL, we would be playing more games. Lets not forget that if we buy Cavenaghi instead of Amauri, the wage difference would be somewhat big. I think that Cavenaghi would accept a lower wage to prove himself that he can play in a big club & all this hype about Amauri will help him get higher wages with whoever offers him the better deal (wage wise)
