We don't own Pazzini.

The forwards we own are: Sculli, Palladino, Miccoli, Benjamin, Guzman...
We can't bring back Miccoli just like that though because he isn't on loan, 50% of his contract belongs to Fiorentina.

Trez delays surgery Wednesday 6 October, 2004

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

David Trezeguet has decided not to go under the knife to sort out his shoulder problem, while Massimo Maccarone is out for two months.

“We haven’t worked out a definite yes or no approach to the idea of surgery,” explained Juventus chief medic Riccardo Agricola. “Trezeguet will undergo a course of physiotherapy for now and after that we will evaluate the situation.”

The Frenchman had considered surgery as the best possible option for a recurring shoulder injury that he suffered again during the 1-0 win over Udinese.

This course of treatment would rule him out for four months, but it would at least be a permanent solution.

The delay also gives Juve enough time to consider alternatives on the transfer market, and Chelsea rebel Adrian Mutu is quickly becoming the favourite for a Turin move in January

hmmm that depends on who it is...

if its morientes, we'll send him back to real...
if its mutu, we'll do the same i guess...
if its toni, we'll use him in a Cassano transfer(i read this in sports.it)

AND imo WE really need a Striker/Forward...

we aint gonna win with only having zlatan as a IN FORM attacker...
zalayeta just isent good enough, if we really wanna win something big this season...

Mutu ponders loan option
Thursday 7 October, 2004

Juventus have been alerted to the news that Adrian Mutu could consider a January loan move.

The Romanian striker is at odds with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and he’s been linked with a transfer away from London.

His agent has today confirmed that the player wants to remain at Stamford Bridge but failed to rule out a loan switch in the New Year.

"Adrian has an excellent contract with Chelsea and he will decide his future," Giovanni Becali is quoted as saying by news agency Ansa.

"However, if there is an option to go somewhere else for six months, with an identical salary, then Adrian would consider it."

The Bianconeri could be keen as they came very close to signing the former Parma star in the summer.

They could renew their interest in the attacker if David Trezeguet has shoulder surgery that would sideline him for fourth months.

Mutu was tipped for a great future after his sensational campaign at Parma two years ago when he partnered Adriano in attack.

A £15m move to Chelsea followed in the summer of 2003, but the former Inter man has struggled despite a stunning start to his Premiership stint.

Possible January Transfers Between Inter, Real And Juve
10/7/2004 3:05:00 PM
According to reports in the Spanish media, Inter, Real and Juve are going to be involved in a triangle of transfers once the January transfer window opens.
Christian Vieri is expected to leave the nerazzurri and join Ronaldo at Madrid in what would be a return to Spanish football for the Italian striker who played for Atletico Madrid in the 1997/98 season, where he also became top-scorer.

In return, the merengues are ready to off-load Roberto Carlos to Inter and also for the Brazilian full-back, this would be a return to Italy which he would welcome.

With Vieri joining Real, one striker between Morientes and Owen will have to leave and with Juventus currently looking for an attacker to replace David Trezeguet, who will most likely have to go under the knife for his shoulder problems, these two look like possible candidates to wear the bianconeri’s shirt in January.

It can be owen !
