Had bids for Trez & Gigi been made pre calciopoli days i wouldnt have any problems with Juventus making a substansial profit, plus the chance to strengthen the squad.

Too many sacrifices went down in Serie B & tons of records were broken by the pair. They need to hang up their boots at Juventus, end of!
amen brotha:tup:

I always thought it was this.

nah that was Lapo

Btw. the only way I see them leave for Man City is if we win the CL this season. Otherwise, there is no way any of them would leave for a team that has no chance of fighting for the CL trophy.

what makes people think selling Trez will bring us huge cash?

Trez is 31 and he'll be 32 next October I think. No team is going to pay more than 11-12 million max, and probably less.

horseface, and Henry were sold for about the same amounts or less to to rich clubs like Madrid and Barca, and they were younger and you can argue are better strikers than Trez.

It's better to keep Trez around if selling him is going to only bring a small amount of money. He is still capable of producing top performances.

as for Buffon. The only acceptable solution to selling him if the amount is bigger than what we paid for him, and if there is a direct replacement available.

since I can't think of anyone who is available and is good enough to replace Buffon, this transfer should not happen

Manchester city is an exception too, Rich bastard owns the club as we all know, so if they really want him, they would pay! Trezeguet is still a great player, so that's possible.

Yes, but has just went through 2 knee operations.

Lion makes a great point, Trez will not bring huge amounts of money.
