Arrogance is arrogance, it's not justifiable.
Martin, its definitely part of the game. Arrogance is nothing more than confidence in your abilities. Its what people make of it.

It's part of the game yes, but it has nothing to do with how good you are. Arrogance on the part of a good player is no better than it is with a lousy player. The difference is that with good players, people still respect them and look up to them, they accept this negative element because these players are so unusual. But that doesn't mean their arrogance is any more appreciated. There is no excuse for it.

Having said that, I think we're all arrogant sometimes. I think it's in all of us.

Hoori,

Can you please explain to me what is rascist about telling tudor to go home (yes that is all he said - shh.. Go Home)

How is that rascist and how come you dont mention how several players (but not totti) when asked about the incident said tudor insulted totti as he was walking across the pitch.

Do you actually know what rascist means... or are you jus trying to stir up some shit.... Personally i think totis response and gesture were spot on.

He could so easily of insulted him back or got physical as so many players do... but no he made a perfect gesture to shut the guy up.

Forza totti
Exactly, thats why I loved that moment.

tudor actually shouldn't even talk to totti...
totti is actually faaaaaaaaar better than tudor and i also don't see what those 2 guys have to share!

what's all this story "i insult ya" "you inslult me"

why???????

take a look at neddy.
gentleman.
when totti was talking shit about nedved winning balon d'or,
nedved said nothing and left totti even get ashamed in everyone's eyes.
in a "fight" it's not always eye for an eye....
let it go and then time will show who was right.

They are almost the same, but one is used in a negative and the other in a positive context. Why if they symbolise the same thing. I say Totti is proud.

it's not bad to be self-confident. it's very good actually.

to have pride is very "dangerous" cause it can be good but can easily turn itno something bad if you have bad "control" of your pride.

but to be arrogant....that's alwayd bad.

now....i think totti himslef knows the best what is he

therefore they are no the same. cesare maldini is proud of his son paolo. roy keane's father goes to a pub, grabs his balls ans says: "these ae the balls that made roy keane." that's arrogant.

naturally. and whats pov?

i never said that what totti did was bad. not class, disrespectful to others but not really bad. besides, tudor started the whole thing. you have a point, backed arrogance is sometimes useful, but i'm against it anyway.
