Hypocrites, expose yourself (2 Viewers)

CL spot, YOU prefer?

  • Inter, I want the best thing for this league and Juve

  • Bayern, I can't support Inter and I want them to "choke"

  • I hate Inter. Stolen Scudetti, not a single Italian player, and I'll support anyone that plays again

  • You mean the Champions League has still been going on since December?

I still find it extremely difficult to stomach that people are able to support Inter, even though its probably for good reason and its perfectly rational, i still wouldn't be able to cheer for them if i were a Juve fan i'm sure.

I mean i'm imagining jumping up and down after Rooney scores the winner in a CL final :wth:

I'm fairly certain none of the people who want Inter to win will be jumping up and down if they score.

Jack and Alen. This is what a supposed hypocrite would/should tell you and I see nothing wrong in it. They hate Inter. They hate Milan. They hate Bayern and Liverpool. And they care about Uefa Coefficient because they want Italy to have four CL spots. Now look at this and tell me how this is hypocrite:

They hate Inter more than they care about Uefa coefficient. They want to see them humiliated in Europe more than they do care about Italy's fourth spot in the CL. However, this is not the same for them when it comes to Milan. They hate Milan too but they care about the Uefa coefficient more than they hate Milan, why can't you understand this? So, in a Liverpool-Milan game they'd care about the Uefa coefficient and would want Milan to win while in an Inter-Bayern final they'd be cheering for Bayern because their hatred for Inter can surpass any other thing they care about.

I know where it's coming from though. When you wanted ManU to beat Milan, they preached you about how you, as a true Juve fan, must care about the fourth CL spot but they forgot that Milan to you is just like Inter to them. But it doesn't make them hypocrites. They are as hypocrite as you are.

You both need to grow up. I myself felt so childish explaining that :p It's childish to interrogate someone for cheering a certain team even if he has the silliest reasons for that.

Btw, it's the most stupid thing to say that if Juve are not good enough to get one of the first three spots in the league then it's their own faults because in the end, the big money we WILL certainly lose after losing on a CL spot matters the most.
Well.....obviously.
Except for the growing up part :D

As childish as it looks right now and as boring this discussion seems, it's exactly this thread that can put an end to this kind of discussions, be it about the Azzurri, Barca, Inter or Milan.
Just wait and you'll see ;)

For the people concerned about Italy losing the fourth spot, is it Serie A losing a place you are worried about or Juve needing that fourth spot to qualify?

Because it will be very seldom that Juve won't be in the top three.

As I said in the coefficient thread, 3rd place in serie A also won't be guaranteed CL football. With no holders in the CL qualifiers draw (I believe it starts from this year) the 3rd in serie A can easily be paired with the 4th in the EPL in the qualifiers.
--------------

As for the coefficient, I strongly believe that a huge majority does care about it and, with the exception of Sab maybe, all of us want Italy to keep 4 CL places.
But we're all human and many times the heart beats the brain. I acknowledge the importance of the coefficient, I want Italy to have 4 CL places but still I can't help it to cheer against Inter vs Bayern or for Milan against anyone. I know that most of you feel the same, at least about Inter.
For some the logic beats the heart and they shouldn't judge those who feel the opposite, just like those who now cheer against Inter shouldn't judge those who can put the hatred aside and cheer for what they think is the best for Juve and don't want to take any risk with losing a CL spot.
Lets fucking finally accept those who think differently in this particular discussions about football.
I'm trying to do it, you try to do it too. Only then we won't argue and insult each other over Milan, Azzurri, Inter, Manchester or Barca.

I still want the league Juve play in to have four spots in the CL.

Yes? Tell me about it.
Supporting anyone else but your own NT.
With me it's indeed the case and I don't support any other NT but my own, but personally I see nothing wrong in supporting another NT but your own. Here I completely disagree with Jack and Andy who argue against those non-Italians who like the Azzurri.
They like them....then so be it.

Are you telling me that you've never made fun of Azzurri fanboys?

Weren't you always with him in the Azzurri argument Alen?
I don't like the Azzurri and more often than not I cheer against them. You know, I don't like them just like I don't want some football club and I almost always cheer against that club.
So yes, I was always with those who cheered against the Azzurri but I doubt you can find a post of mine when I attacked those who decided to cheer for the Azzurri.
They love the Italian NT, I dislike it. It's as simple as that.
But there are two opposite camps. One doesn't think people should cheer for a team different than their own and the other camp are the Azzurri fans who are shocked how can a Juve fan not support the Azzurri where so many Juve players play.

Well I don't support them, so bite me.

I Support my own National team, then I tend to support (sic) the team that I find have the best players and play the type of football I love.

As was the case when France won the Cup.
But I wouldn't support them at the moment.
