What strikes me when it comes to other races is their scent. I can smell Asians and Africans, whereas I can't define a "white smell". I guess other races can smell us though.

I once lived in a hellish campus building England with a truckload of Chinese people who had a very distinctive smell but I figured it was from all the disgusting food they kept eating around the clock. Lots of funky herbs...

Concluded it was the "garlic effect"

I'm very serious. To me most black people smell the same. I really dislike Asian smells by the way. At first I thought I had discovered an awful xenophobic part of my character, but I think it really is race-based.

There's not a single black guy that doesn't smell "black" . I can't help it, but I really do smell them. A friend of mine does too. Perhaps it's because I lived a few years in Zambia when I was young and my friend has a lot of black friends and went to black Africa multiple times.
