I hardly think a Christian organisation would de-value the souls of people by putting a monetary value on God's creation. I also don't think they'd offer
I don't know how you stand to make any money out of this, but I also don't care as long as I do! I don't believe in God or the idea of a soul so I won't miss something that no-one can prove that I had to start with. Thanks for the $13,000 - I'll worry about the afterlife another time!

I'm not saying that a christian organization is behind it, just someone that's christian.
If another religion had been selected, Buddhism for example, I would expect that Buddhists were behind it.
My reasoning is that not many others than chrisitans would believe that a christian soul is more valuable, agree?
