Actually the criminal activity happens around Länsmansgården, where I live it is mainly students, newly weds and pensionär. At around 6 in the evening, you won't hear a noise outside.

Thats what i mean, It wasnt like that in Växjö people were more open to each other and talked more. In segregated areas its all about Us and Them. It wasnt like that i Växjö. At least i didnt get that impression.
