I was never a big football fan but when Juve beat Man Utd in 97 twice 1-0 I couldnt hide my joy. I new I had found my team as I never supported anyone.

Still my friends say your weird why dont u support a british team, but i just tell them that Juve are the only team in the world who when they lose make me shout at the tv and feel really down afterwards.

i was a small boy playing soccer like always and i was italian like always, i knew that the italians played some of the best soccer so at first it was just ITALIA!
but i liked to play soccer but i dident really watched soccer.
until!

worldcup 1990 italia!

the azzurri were looking very good dident let 1goal in there net until the semi finals italy was the strongest team on the worldcup but the penalty drama begons
we let in 1goal at the whole tournament and that was a 1-1 againts argentina we were much MUCH better than argentina and than we lost the semi final on penalty's

so i was 6 years old but dammnnn i feeled bad for the azzurri loss and i asked my dad ! PAPPA! when does the azzurri plays again? because i want revenche, he said with a sad face over 4years Gino, i was like DAMMNNNN!!!! 4 years!!!!
but since than i had intrest in soccer so i always watched soccer from that day,so i began to searce for italian teams.
but i saw a documentari about WORLDCUP 1982 ! :touched:
italy won the worldcup :touched: i was so trilled about that documentari, and the guy was saying great things about the Juventus players in the azzurri team, almost the whole azzurri team was Juventini, and that paolo rossi was the topscorer of the tournament! that touched me but ,i was for all the italian teams in europe and i watched sampdoria losing to barca, but than i saw milan raping barca! i liked all the italian teams they were by far the best!

than worldcup 1994 italy lost the final again with penalty's
i was soooo angry but i liked the feeling that i was a 1team supporter so the year after i began to supporter a team and i have watching good at every italian team.
everybody in my familie was for Milan, and to be anust i liked them to but i never had a shirt ore so, and even when milan won matches cups and so on i dident feel anything, 95/96 ok i choosed my team! i was in love :touched: ALESSANDRO DELPIERO!
veerybody knowed Alessandro Delpiero everybody on school was Alessandro Delpiero alessandro was the best alessandro was the coolest alessandro was ower HERO!!!
Juve was looking TOTALLY AWSOME!
and wath a year to begin supportering Juventus 95/96 we won The champions leageu :touched: and this time MY TEAM WON ON PENALTY'S!!! :D
we played 3champions leageu finals in 3year it was just a great feeling!
i feeled the same pain when we lost like the feeling i had for the Azzurri, i feeled the same joy as like the azzurri!

i knew it JUVENTUS WOULD BE MY TEAM FOR LIVE! :touched:
AND I AM GLAD I CHOOSE JUVENTUS BECAUSE I MADE THE RIGHT CHOSE AND I JUST KNOW DEEP IN MY HEART THAT I WILL SEE JUVENTUS LIFTING THE CHAMPIONS LEAGEU LIKE 15-20 TIME'S IN MY LIFE ;)

AND THE AZZURRI WILL ALSO DO THAT FOR ME , BECAUSE THE AZZURRI HAVE JUVENTINI IN THERE TEAM ;)

FORZA JUVENTUS!!! :touched:

Funny you should say that, Besmir. I've followed Juve for a while but was never quite the religious fan that I am now. Then I was in Italy for the infamous 5/5/02, and I became a devoted fan then. But it was probably the 2003 CL loss to Milan that really ruled out my support for much of any other team after that -- it was Juve all the way from there.
i used to support juventus quite a long ago,but after THAT CL final i definitelly became a fanatic, crazy about juve.

that night it was like someone put the juve drug in my veins and i became addicted to them! :touched:

the sweetest addiction ever though :touched:

My WHOLE family are loyal MU fans and in 99 I watched the Juventus - MU match (which we lost 3-2 and I was 10); and I was struck by Juve somehow and followed their games since.

Until the serie a climax in 2000 where we lost to Perugia (and thus the scudetto) I cried and felt such an excruciating pain I've never felt before for any other team wherelse I've watched EPL since I was 7. After that horrible loss it only made me a stronger fan and never turned my back since.

It's all because of a present from a friend of mine. He bought me a 1983/84 season Juve DVD from Italy. It has highlight of all matches and all Platini's goals. After that I kept trying to catch all Juve matches and my love for Juve grown ever since.

I saw part of the 0-0 against Manu in the CL a couple years ago, and at the time manu seemed invincible to me. I hated them already (I supported Liverpool by then) and to see them held at home was wonderful. then the horrible 2-3 loss in the second leg drew me to them, even though it was so aweful! a couple months later I was in Turin, and at the time I had an Inter jersey someone had given me, which drew Inter fans to me, and I couldn't stand them! I also spoke to some Juve supporters who were very cool, and that inter jersey was thrown away real fast!

I always was a zidane fan.... he was an is my idol.

Years ago i was not too much involved in footbal (i leaved foot ball seriously since worl cup 94).... but zidane style really impressed me. When i discovered he was injnuventus... i saw all juve matches just to see him play... i dont really cared about the team itself, as far as zidane was on the field.

When real madrid (one of the teams i disliked more in the time) bought zidane,,, it was a huge blow for me. I didnt knew if to continue supporting juve (yeah by that time some feelings were already with juventus) or to follow my idlo to a team i disliked so much.

I the end,,, and with all the pain... i decided to show my back to zidane and continue supporting a weak juventus... but i dont regret it , not even a little.

I'll model my family after yours ;)
I recommend that to everyone. ;)
Funny to see the majority labelling Baggio as the main reason, Roby was one of my favourite players during his time at Juve also..but for some reason I warmed to Attilio Lombardo/Luca Vialli of that 'golden age' - I must've been drawn to baldness as a boy!

Roberto Baggio and Alessandro Del Piero are the ones that really made me soo into Juve.

I thought First I could be a Milan fan, because of Paolo Maldini, I really admired him,(till now I do)....

But I Guess these 2 Champions up there that I mentioned are the ones that turned me into Black and White:touched:
