Seriously, I have never heard of a race of Wiggans. I first heard the word from Claire, and though nobody ever defined the word I thought it was obviously a word used for somebody who wished he was African and acted out African stereotypes. We see people who fit this description all the time, but nobody ever wants to admit that they wish they were something else.
