Wasting so many years (and still doing so) on being a Community mod in XT has given me a hang of this tedious role, whats important or how to deal with things etc. Oughta be obvious, but being a mod is not just having the technical power to delete/edit/ban etc, but mainly to diffuse conflicts and deflate tensions, correct or steer away from hostile/negative behaviour (that may be in jest or semi unserious for some, but still quite negative). What i mean is, while I seen some mods take part in "flaming" trolling fun around here, I equally seen you aptly step in and bring common sense and diffuse some issues.

So I say again, you have been "doing" it, I didnt call you good samaritan for nothing

I had the powers for some short period of time back then and I was confused with the mods sub forum lol. I didn't really want to mess with it.

It would just be a matter of time probably for some to jump on my head.
