AP is reporting melting:

TOKYO — Japanese officials say the nuclear fuel rods appear to be melting inside all three of the most troubled nuclear reactors.

Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano said Monday: "Although we cannot directly check it, it's highly likely happening."

Two different plants, 5 or 6 different reactors IIRC. Most of the problems are coming from the Fukushima plant where reactors 1 and 3 have suffered hydrogen explosions and what looks to be partial meltdowns, now reactor 2 is in danger of a meltdown.

1611: Another four aftershocks in quick succession, measuring 5.1 and 5.2 magnitude, have again rattled the north-east coast of Japan, the US Geological Survey reports.
