A lot of us here are students, so Summer means Holiday!!

What are you gonna do this summer? I hope you're not planning to stay in front of your PC to check out the latest threads on juventuz.com... :geek:

Any plans?

Personally I'm off to France this Saturday, 3 weeks, for a Scout camp. Yep, i'm a scout chief!

After that, I've got a big month and a half to spend. I might go to Ireland, backpacking and hitchiking, meeting the local people, hiking in the country... for 2 weeks or so.
A friend of mine also proposed to do some surfing in Portugal. Why not? :D

And to those who don't have any holidays: I'm sorry for you guys!

I don't see why I should lengthen my stay in this country too much

Nuh. Just didn't like Brussels too much myself. Bad experience, unlucky.

Ah, I just did Erasmus. I recommend. What are your favourites?

I'm going to Denmark the 17th July, and I'm going to stay there for two weeks.
After that I'm going for a week with football on Norway Cup, and a week at my grand ma's plac:)
So that means that i'm going to continue posting here for a few days, and then I will be away for four weeks:cool:

I had that one summer, it is the best job one can take I think.
flexible hours, no nosey managers, individual work, being your own boss, good reference for a future job, lousy pay. can't beat it :D

Italy of course. Edinburgh and Mûnchen are on my list too. And why not check out Spain? Granada, Barcelona, Cadiz... nice places to spend a year.

Or Scandinavia? Uppsala is nice I heard, but too cold and dark in the winter.

Unfortunately, my grades aren't good enough to go outside of the EU I guess. It's possible to go to Sidney, Hong Kong, South Afrika, NYC,... a bit too far and far fetched.

I really haven't made a choice yet. I just know I won't go to France nor Holland, because of the language that is. If I spend a year abroad, I'd better learn a language. That's always nice on a CV

Bummer. Yeah I had the same problem

Don't overestimate that though. I went to Italy and, sure, I improved my Italian but you won't get REALLY good skills. Most people you will meet will also be exchange students and the main language is usually english.
