Many MC's are "butt-buddies" with Jay-Z, so that doesn't matter IMO. Even Nas said good things about Jay-Z AFAIK.

And I don't know who overrates the guy. It's not like people are calling him the best ever, or something, unlike Lil Wayne. Not once have I seen that.

And virtually everyone in the industry are friends with Jay Z. Nas didnt only say good things of him, they are close friends nowadays. VERY stupid reason to hate on Lupe. Jay Z and Kanye are supporting a talented rapper with the right approach, because they are fan of his creative talent, and they have a vested interest in that Hiphop is represented by rappers like him.

Ignore the fan made clip, but this song is just one of his many songs, not his best despite being quality. But for example listen to the verse that starts in 3.07mins. Just tell me whats bad of a verse like that
