For the neutral spectator, it had its pros and cons. The good thing about upsets is that nobody expects them and watching the underdogs win has some entertainment value. But then again, not being able to see France, Argentina, Portugal and Italy show what they've got definitely took away from the competition
Exactly. Teams like Turkey and Senegal may be underdogs, but they don't play an entertaining games, nor do they have players tha tI care about at all. That makes for a boring time...

That Senegal goal against Denmark was hilarious. The guy tried to whack the $#!^ out of the ball, but he managed to mis-hit it in such a way that it eluded everyone and found its way into the net. :undecide:

Trezeguet is for sure one of the best finishers, as he always tend to be good positioned in the plays... and with henry and zidane behind you (2 of the most creative attackers players in the world) you dont have any excuse to not score some goals.

Anyway, I think that after that ugly game he had in olimpiakos, he have done very good appearances in both NT and JUventus... so i really think that right now trezeguet is the one who scored that lot of goals 2 season ago.

IMO he is in his top form right now, and we must take advantage of it.

Yeah, so that's three players. I could name 23 players on any holland squad that I care about... That's a bit different.
