Help needed: something wrong with Internet Explorer (4 Viewers)

I need help.
I thought i lost my internet connection yesterday....(the page cannot be displayed)....but now i found out that there isnt problem with my connection...because i got to net with Kazaa.....but with explorer i cant open any site....Messenger also works! But when i click to read my post(it goes to hotmail site....then its against page cannot be displayed).....Whats wrong?

I tried to found the problem but could not. And how it happened? Because i didnt chanse internet options.....could it happen automatically?

Actually there isnt problem with my connection, because as you see i could make this topic here....but something is wrong with Internet Explorer (as i said, i came to net with Kazaa!)

ok, i telephoned to a "specialist" and he said check Norton Internet security.

He said that there is somekind of list of programs....and i have to chanse IE to allowed.....

But now i seem to have a problem to found that list.....
