He is not very liked here in Lithuania Whatever he touches, I'm talking about sports, it goes from bad to worse. I guess that is because he is buying these clubs to launder money or other financial scam.

tbh i think his interest in Hearts would have seen us go down the shitter but for the fact he has not been able to get his bank a foothold in this country,being in charge of Hearts keeps his hopes open of getting into the UK banking market

Probably, because his intentions are always selfish without any regard to the means how to get them and what impact it leaves to the community he used to achieve his goal. He is a corrupt businessman, laundered millions in Lithuania through his banks and sport institutions.
