Well, technically you can't, but in reality if, say a 19 year old guy had consentual sex with a 17 year old, no charges would be brought.

No. Basically, as long as the sex is consentual there is no reason why carges would be brought. Except if the girl decides to be a ***** after the guy breaks up with her, which actually happened to a friend of a friend.


But, as long as both parties are in consent, you're fine. BTW, why am I explaining this, isnt it the same in every country? Of course, the story is diferent if the girl is too young (12, 13, 14 and the guy over 18), or if the age difference is too big (16 - 30 for example, but IMO only if the parents get involved).
