I'd say Hamisk is different than Marchisio too. Marchisio is a great two-way player, a true central midfielder, good in both defence and offense. Hamsik puts the emphasis on his attacking play, his qualities lie in the offence.
Hamsik >> Marchisio > Nocerino in terms of ball skills. I know they're all different sorts of players, but Hamsik has more talent than both of them combined.
But Hamsik isn't Czech and we don't really need Nedved to tell us that the kid is amazing.
I don't know if we'll try to buy Hamsik or not, but if we try and some other club gets him instead of us, then our directors will really have to resign. We have everything on our side (Zalayeta+Blasi), we mustn't lose this battle.
You'd hope that we wouldn't lose the battle, but Napoli doesn't care about Blasi or Zalayeta in comparison to Hamsik if they're forced into selling him. They'll take the best offer they can get in terms of Euros. Moreover, they are very well aware that we will want to offload Blasi and Marcelo because they are not in our plans. So either way, to use some basketball terminology here, the ball will always be in their court.
We have alot of leverage, so hopefully Secco doesn't screw this up. Blasi has been doing well with Napoli, so his full rights are probably more appealing than most of us think. Add Zalayeta, and a few million euro's, and it's a good deal for both sides.
Lets not forget that we can offer Palladino to them also, bc it seems that Palladino is unhappy with his current lack of games and of being played out of position. What is Hamsik's market price?
Ooooh. I really like Hamsik. That would be a sweet move if Napoli don't charge a Camorra boss' ransom for him. I would even take him over Diego for some of the development potential there.

True
In case there is a big difference in the money offer we and some other team will make, then we'll lose Hamsik.
I talked about our advantage in case we match other team's offers. We start with an advantage of some 5m euro in players.
So if Milan offers 15m euro and we offer 13,14 or 15m euro + these players, we're much more attractive to Napoli.
Because this way Napoli will have ~20 m euro if they sell Hamsik to Milan and the second half of Zala and Blasi to us, but they'll need to buy 3 new players with these money.
If they sell him to us they'll have 15m euro but they'll need to buy only 1 player.
I mean Sissoko and Nocerino offer the same qualities, so it wont be that much of a loss imo, Nocerino said he wants to play for Napoli sometime in his career and Juve are in desperate need of creativity..
A deal involving cash plus Nocerino for Hamsik would be a good deal for all parties concerned imo.
Napoli already have one defensive midfielder with a potential to become one of the best DM's in the world. That's Walter Gargano.
Blasi is their second DMC.
If they want Nocerino he'll have to go there to replace Blasi, who's playing surprisingly well this season.
I'm not sure if Napoli will be interested in Nocerino at all. Probably Palladino will be the one they'll ask for to be involved in a potential swap deal.
