Cheers :touched:

*sobs into a kebab*
It's okay, fatso :p

Nah, but on a serious note. Just remember how much work you put into getting where you stopped and just think it through; is it worth to invest that much just to sob into a kebab or is it better to get back out there and just maintain what you achieved? That can be done with 3 workouts of two hours per week, ish

i am not from UK, "darling". my experience tells me that men like you who speak in such high regards of their penis means that they have had big problems in their sex life. you're fooling nobody here but yourself. and trust me when i tell you that you'll be lucky to ever manage to speak with someone like me in real life, let alone have sex with me.

you really do sound like someone who has had his balls shrunk ti say the truth. :p
Sounds like you're a slut

Zach does have a point about this thread tbh. It's about sharing tips and helping other people get better. That includes words of motivation which leads to all the "gay" posts where we compliment each other. Even tho he still hasn't gotten back to me on that PM :p
Appologies are in order here. Very sorry about that

Its just.. so so very buzy this year. Having to redo math cause of bad first exam and the problems with my fathers health kinda making it impossible to do them in the re-exams in september
I'm basically doing nearly the entire masters year + math. And this year, they made math for industrial engineering nearly as hard as for civil engineering.

As a result, you probably noticed i post a fraction of before, cause i'm basically getting up at 7, university till 4, doing math/project/lab report till 8, train, get home, eat shower and then its allready 1 am.

But goddamn, i want that degree so badly. And moar lifts

Here is my update:

I've been pressing weights really hard, but then I've decided to get back to BJJ and use weight only as an addition, only to improve my strength and look good :D

However, I've never managed that, just when I draw a plan how to put everything together, I went to Judo training and injured my shoulder :( It's really awkward pain, and while I can move my arm and even lift, in some positions it hurt like hell. I can't do a single pull-up due to sever pain, I can't even hold my weight when I catch the bar, I think it's tendon or ligament issue.

However I'm training BJJ, and preparing for the competition next week, and after that I might go to see a doctor.

I can only get women to come work out with me, I don't know how I feel about this.

Perfected my headstand lately, I can even do it with casual clothes on.....hell even with a suit and bow tie.
I'm going to have to try this now :D.

Hang in there man, it's all going to be worth it in the end and I know you know it.

I need some alternatives to running as i have really sore shin splints and i cant walk for about a day after running. I'm boxing at the minute and fight every couple of month so cardio is very important to me but i cant get to the level i need to be at right now with running. Can anyone help me out with some ideas?

Swimming, biking, elliptical?

So I reached my 180lb (~81.5kg) target. Next stop, 190. Maybe I'll begin to cut after that,

I had something similar happen. It's usually due to not warming up properly. Anyways it took about 3-4 weeks for it to totally go away and I didn't do any heavy lifts.

Do body weight tabatas.

I sometimes do 4 tabatas in a row, air squats, air lunges (either alternating or one leg at a time each interval), squat jumps and finish it up with burpees. That's 20 minutes of workout where you will be sweating like a pig afterwards and cardio wise it is similar to a 5 to 8k run.
