depends what you are trying to do, i only have a shake after a workout coz my appetite is shut then, but if you are trying to put on weight then you might want to conider having a couple a day

No weight, I'm working out normally just to stay fit not as intensive as I used to when I was playing football for school/college and some team but around 3x a week now.

People are commenting that I'm looking bigger already, and they didn't know I was working out. Perhaps I've just taken the advice to eat more too strongly.
I feel pain in my right knee. I felt it while during squats last time, not a strong pain and I felt something is wrong. So now today when I walk I can feel some dull pain in that knee. I guess I'm gonna skip on legs for some time, never had this injury before.
