I have to admit I used to hate seeing this guys promos popping up all over youtube, but having now watched a lot of his vids its clear he knows what he's talking about. A lot of good info regarding workouts and nutrition and some good interviews with a few celebs including Terry Crews #beast :D

I don't like that guy/channel. He has many viewers and subscribers but he's rather meh.

I just came home after doing my workout. I did squats with 98, shoulder press with 60 and chin ups with 24kg. I felt like my muscle were tearing apart, my bones hurt and in the end I thought my whole body is going to explode.

That, my friends, is pain. Pain of success.

That's what I've been doing. And by "that" I mean I have no idea what I'm doing :D. But if you do enough of whatever you feel like properly then you will grow at least a little, just group muscles together on different days.
Yeah, it doesn't seem to be too hard.
Will check it out.
If you get one, slow down.
Makes sense.
Seriously, Deneb.... WTF?

Are you serious? That's a horrible channel, I can't believe you're recommending that shit.
... or not...

Mike Cheng uses pussy exercises that can't build much muscle at all, it's only nice for toning. He didn't build his physique doing that shit that's for sure.

This guy

he's a beast. That gives more motivation and he lifts serious weights.

That Asian guy is a pussy, fuck those videos.

i think it is perfect for someone starting to workout, just look on his channel for your regular back/chest/leg/arm workour and you would be set as a beginner imo

just get to the gym first

I found Mike Cheng very helpful, but it was Victor Costa who taught me the most on what I'm doing.
:p ok Arnold

Currently thinking of moving back to 4 instead of 3 training days, since the schedule isnt hard enough to disencourage 3 days.

Need to convince the misses tho.

Why arent gyms open saturday evening :( would solve so much

just messing brother, different strokes for different folks when it comes to this so ultimately whatever works out for you, reason why i like changs is coz his vids are not intimidating and well done(detail, clarity)

Because should still be able to live their lives, even if they work out.

weekends and evenings are the worst times to go as far as I'm concerned. 7am to 8:30am is the only time that suits me, my gym is almost empty save for the old people using the cardio machines at that time. I get all the weights to myself and I don't have to deal with the will I/won't I go to the gym scenario after a long day at work.

In belgium, usually gyms are open 9am to 10 pm from monday to fryday, 9am to 16am saturday, and closed sunday.

And i dont train before 18h, it just doesnt work for me

Think about bars. They can perfectly hire a guy or student to open it saturday untill 8pm or 10pm.
