Yes I do. Last winter I ran on average three times per week. I remember one time it was a snow storm and I went out running, I met another runner to which I waved and his reaction was "gött å se!" One of the most touchy moments I've had in my running career.
I've started to train really hard and good, I had a really good plan, but unfortunately I managed to injure my self, I strained groin ligaments (at least in that area) on both sides
Not always, but it's not because of that, I was deadlifting with lower weights but more energetic, I'm not actually sure anymore. It's that or lying leg curls.
Anyway today I already feel better, but I won't rush to get back to training.
Done weight training for the first time in a couple of weeks friday night and im still aching. Lost a lot of progress i made before so won't let my self slip out of routine again anytime soon.

If you got a groin injury from lying leg curls, you weren't doing them right. I think it's a silly exercise anyway. What's up with lower weights deads? How many reps did you do then?

It was over month ago so I don't really remember (still I think it was from deadlifts), however pain is gone and I'm alright. I started to train again, I'm not pushing myself to the limit, but I'm satisfied.
Also I started to train Jiu-jitsu and grappling, and it's damn tough but I like it very much
I go to the gym because I want to improve my sports performance and leg curls are very ineffective. They even tend to harm normal hamstring function so I stay away from them.
My exact sentiments as well. I only do leg curls cause it was recommended by a therapist because of my knee(I go very light with it using one leg to isolate the quad).
