Gotcha.

So I'm going to try Byrone's veggie drink, but I don't have a juicer. The mixer will have to suffice.

Is adding ice a good idea or a bad idea for these sort of things?

Is this drink a meal supplement or something that will help you lose weight easily?
You would start your day with it. With a small breakfast or by itself.

It boosts your metabolism so you break down more food (burn more calories) throughout the day.

Have you tried it?
I used to take veggie juice every morning. But I stopped making the drinks after about a week. It's much easier to find some no sodium organic juice that has everything you want in it than it is to make the drink.

Another good drink is green tea. Just bought a gallon of that as well.

8 Glasses of water a day, a couple glasses of green tea, and a veggie shake should do wonders.
