I'm interested in your back routine as I'm looking to change mine. Wouldn't change my chest routine for the world though.

Though I'd be satisfied with only the exercises, as I need some inspiration. Sets and reps I chose on my own.

I currently do:

4xfailure pull-ups
3xone-arm dumbell row
3xlat pulldown
2xseated row

Anything I can do to replace cables crossover for Deneb's routine?
Not really, which is a shame as that's a fantastic isolation and really hits the last fiber of muscle...you can do incline dumbell flies just to mix it up, perhaps super-set flat and incline flies.

and you re right you should stick with whatever works for you, as for theres millions of exercises for it this is what i do:
just like with chest the focus is on lat pull downs(i do em with a parallel grip) and deadlifts.

so once again:

*4 warm up sets, then the heavy stuff on lat pull downs
*3 sets on deadlift (8-10)
*2-3 sets seated cable row
*2-3 sets of t-bar row(my favorite and the one i feel the most)
*2 sets of alternating pulldowns
*and you can end 2 sets of either shrugs, rear pull downs, or reverse cable flys(full motion)

and i do lower back with my abs

Absolutely, each individual is different. Like I said, I just need some inspiration.

You don't do pull-ups, ey? Hmmm...I just might try putting focus on lat pulldowns instead of pull-ups. Been doing the pull-ups as my primary width exercise for a while now and I can't say I do much progression(repetitions wise)...I'll certainly be able to progress faster with lat-pulldowns.

The other stuff I pretty much do, only I deadlift on leg day. T-bar row I used to do when I got sick of bent-over row, but now I'm really satisfied one-arm dumbell row.

I tried HIIT with jump rope today, I couldn't keep up with the intensity. I did 10-13 minutes but I had no idea it'd be that hard. I was soaked wet and I thought I was dying. I can tell that it's a perfect cardio.
How do you do HIIT with jump rope?

no sorry that is reps, so 6 heavy rep, then another heavier set for 3 reps, then the heaviest you can do 8-10 reps of.
How you manage to do that, I mean your heaviest set is last and have 10 reps, it must be killing exercise.

I am doing HIIT tomorrow:

10 x 1 min
8 x 2 min faster
6 x 3 min even faster

All with 1 min rest in between. It's going to be overkill.

All this talk of HIIT makes me want to go hit the bag...so I'm gonna. That's some hard-core HIIT, jump rope is for pussies.
