
Ok, junk food then combined with beer. It's really hard to give up on stuff but it's kinda silly when you think about it this way: "it has killed at least 30% of your potential results, only that food that you kept eating."
Yeah, you were kind skinny before. You have a good shape now and you have mass, if you decide to shred it it's going to be easy to see results and you'll look very different. Having mass only is not hard, but you gotta have balls to be defined and still have some mass on you but IMO it's totally worth it.

It's some Turk that's working out with Vince. I couldn't believe when I saw that he has 91kg but it's a good motivation if anything
