wait where do you feel wrist pain? i have a similar problem
I don't know how to explain, but it's right where you wear watch, that area. As a matter of fact I think that pain is causing me is my watch. I haven't wear it for years and recently I changed battery and started wearing it again. It's not that big nor heavy but I'm sure it's reason for my pain.

Mislim na jebene gume :D

One stupid question, but a question I need an answer for. I still have ~68 kilos and you know I workout at home. I'm lifting ~15kg for biceps and the rest is not really any weight. Now, I'm starting with bench press soon, what would be the ideal weight for me to do 4 sets of 7-8 (dunno really those numbers)?
Have in mind it's new stuff for me and at start I'd probably be weak.

Dumbells or barbells for bench press?

I don't think anyone can answer that though, you're just gonna have to try it.

When I was doing 14kg for biceps I started at 50 at 3X12 reps.

Go with 30-40kg's just to get used to it, and learn how to do it properly. You will push that with ease, but when benchpressing for the first time many tend to do that motion like "rowing".

Dude, this Dule we're talking about. The man with the best abs on the planet, don't insult him. :D

I'd say, 40-45 to start off, just for the first couple of times, then get around to 50kg and work that weight till 4x10 feels like a piece of cake. After that, you can go heavier with lower reps.

Barbell Vlatko.

But  and IZ... :flirt:

Eh, I have two options for now. I just wanted to check if I'm there. I don't have many weights, for start it will be either 40 or 50. But thanks  I guess I could start with 40.

Strenght is not a problem, friend of my when first started training could push around 70-80kg's but he didn't know technique right and couldn't control the bar well, it looked like every second he could drop it, or fall from the bench. And that's why I think that weight at first 2-3 training shouldn't be important and he should focus on proper form only.

And I don't want to talk about his abs, I think you should have at least six-pack to have a permission to talk about them

Today for the first time I had bench press and dips included in my training. :toast:

I did lift 50kg for a couple of times, I did handle it, but Vlatko was right and it was hard because I don't know the technique. It felt weird and harder because of that.

So I went to to 40 and did 7 sets of 10  Just because it was first time.

Aye, but I did it for the first time today. 6 sets of 10...It felt good. Then I moved to some sit ups. After that I played table tennis for 2 hours and now I feel like somebody has raped me.
