Just smashed my arms. They are absolutely massive right now, this is probably the best pump I've had in ages. Being back on creatine probably has something to do with it.

It makes you a bit stronger so you can push out an extra few reps. But the gains made are probably less then you're actually seeing. Never the less it makes your workout more efficient and you're always going to grow faster on it.

You must be pretty damn fit Boz. Creatine is good if your trying to achieve a certain goal. If you're looking to improve in whatever you're doing take creatine, if you're happy as is then I wouldn't worry.

not if its fresh meat with high glycine :shifty:
The levels of creatine in meat aren't high enough or concentrated enough to have a significant effect on a 'body builder'. Thats why you take concentrated doses 45 minutes to an hour before workouts. Consuming creatine (through certain foods) round the clock like you would protein is also pretty pointless. Your muscles may be recovering all the time and need protein, however your muscles aren't under constant stress and don't need creatine on a constant basis.

Im not a body builder though  that's why the i only require the minimal ammout that can be garnered from my two favourite foods red meat and fish is enough for me.

Mind you herring is only 5 grams a poun and meat even less, but the carbs and protein are what do the trick for me re: my 30k cycles

Well if its the effects of creatine you're looking for, you best consume all that food an hour before hand and hope you digest it all in time to have the sufficient amounts of creatine running through your body to actually affect your performace.

For long distance things carbs and proper hydration are priority. Spot on .
