Why are some of you bitching about his asking fee? If we can get good RB with tons of potential & get rid of Grygera in the process, i don't see what the problem is.

We complain about shitty players & then we complain about paying too much for a player with potential.

Absolutely agree with this point of view. I would love to see us lay down 20-25M on two young, quality fullbacks. We desperately need some quality at the back. Defense would still be my priority, even if it's painfully obvious that we need help up front as well.

Tremoulinas would be my #1 LB target... what I've seen of VdW has been quite good, but I haven't seen enough to have a legitimate opinion on what his valuation would be. Still, he seems quite promising and I've gotta admit that a backline of Trem/Chiello/Bonucci/VdW in front of Gigi... actually, coming from where we are, it just sounds to good to be true.
