:D

This is a wakeup call for the establishment around Europe.

Populism will victor if Austerity and the Neoliberal discourse continues. Luckily in Greece it was the lefties, but around most of Europe it's the right wing xenophobe, islamophobes and national populist that are eating up the marginalised voters.

Equality, jobs and social conditions needs to be prioritised above balancing the budgets, pleasing the financial sector and the officials around EU.

Which is interesting, seeing as those should be the natural target group of leftist parties.

:agree:

Ideological crisis. Third way. Passive and hesitant attitude post-2008.

Much sadness.

Hope is there among young Social democrats.

Griechenland muss den Reformkurs weiterführen, wenn es kein Ausscheiden aus der Währungsunion riskieren will

Not saying much besides an increased EU-scepticism in Europe.

Never seen it like that, comments below are super interesting to.

The EU was & IS a misbegotten far-fetched notion that that flies in the face of human nature. The powers-that-be thought they could strip countries of their very identity & replace with some sort of PC crappola of a BETTER identity to a higher authority, all for their own good, of course.

If it takes Greece going commie/socialist, well, so-be-it; but perhaps the other sucker-nations will take a better step-back and re-claim their identity & sovereignty without going down the way Greece is tumbling.

Face it, France & Germany will NEVER be bosom buddies and trying to concoct some idiotic EU structure to mend old bridges, was doomed from the get-go.

Yeah. Nothing as interesting as reading a nationalist flaming the European Project.
Hey man I've just discovered this view today. I'm no European, nor do I care too much about their politics. But was interesting seeing that the EU isn't a popular choice.

Around ~5-8% of population in every country are nationalists, neonazis, faschists etc., number may grow up if country is having a big problems in the economy sector because low standard of living creates this type of people

So who actually benefits from the EURO currency? And who does it hurt? How likely is it that the Euro will no longer be employed. And if the EU forced countries to renounce their national currency why can't it/hasn't been done with England?

They should use euros in the exchanges between the two countries or more, in the exchanges with countries outside of union, while now EU government have to devalue euro's price tag, they already announced this

compare Czech, Poland, GB economics with others, if they want to save euro they have to establish dual currencies in all countries of EU
You make very little sense.
