I see, I have seen a lot of old matches but it’s hard for me to value those teams, the first world cup I followed was Italy 1990…

I personally think that there hasn't been and great matches in the wc post 1990 certainly none like brazil v france in 86 and Brazil v Italy 82, germany v france 82

Funny but I feel the same way.... The EC is often more exiting IMO.... Holland - Yugoslavia and France - Portugal on EURO2000 being good examples of goals, drama and great footwork!

Italy 2000 played far too defensive (against Holland anyway) - and in the final they sat on a one goal lead - is that unlucky to lose? Don't think so!

Back to the topic at hand: I have to add Sweden '94 to the list, a personal favourite and a very complete team.
