the sooner we start integrating foreign players in the team the better we will be. The Azzuri national team is shit and old now we have chiellini, canna and camo representing us (and Iaquinta possibly) for long term we have giovinco and marchisio... dc and ariaudo maybe....
I'd rather have a Juventus with 4 Italians that can win the Serie a and challenge for CL than a Juve full of Italians yet can hardly challenge for serie let alone CL.
I think we should scout according to quality and price rather than according to nationality.

In other words, you're not a true Juve fan?
LOL

So, it can not be fan of Juventus and fan of representation Italy (where the 1/2 squad will always be a composition of the Juve players)?

You see, that Del Piero and Criscito go to WC 2010 :)
I see that marchisio and maybe giovinco can make it to 2010... its just a matter of time until lippi realizes that pirlo is good no more and gattuso is running out of gas... then we might see marchisio in azzuri shirt.
Del Piero has to pull of a hell of a start next season if he dreams about wearing the azzuri shirt again... he needs to be consistent and brilliant.. I dont think he'll be able to make it.. he hasnt been himself since christmas.
Criscito is a long shot... Santon would make it before him

Santon? Never. He played three good matches this season. Criscito 33. Santon will be played in the representation of U21, Lippi does not trust the young players, especially on defense. On the left side are lacking, Grosso game average and has over 30 years. He has no alternates: Dossena it's poor player, much worse than Criscito. Giovinco? In my opinion there is no chance.

Pandev: Yes, but only if Trez is leaving and the price is reasonable (meaning we can include fringe players or dispose of the trash)

Quagliarella: Hell no, because he is mediocre and will offer nothing that we don't already have. He is far inferior to our current crop of strikers. He is an average forvet, and I don't care if he is Italian or eats Carbonara everyday. Not everything out of Italy is great.

Thats all media bullshit right now, we'll know the price tag when the transfer window opens. He will most likely leave Lazio.
