I don't think a player like Iaquinta is appreciated enough here. Whenever theres a striker Juve are interested in, the first idea is to exchange him with Iaquinta. I'd love to have a player like Iaquinta in my team. Not because of his quality, but because of his attitude, he's on the bench most of the time, yet he never complains and always gives his best whenever called on.

You guys have a lot of positions without adequate quality, but the strikers department isnt one of them, yet most of the threads here are about strikers.

Another useless transfer. What would Pandev add, that Giovinco or Diego cant??
He is not a bad player, but he doesnt have the potential to reach the WC status as a Juve starter.
We have enough depth players. We should either start adding some quality starters.
Right now we have other priorities, i dont think that we are really interested in this poor man's Cassano rumors, our board will only consider new transfers, after they will see first, our new coaches, short list first...
Your opinion in this particular case doesn't count. Just like Dusan's opinion didn't count when we were linked with Behrami :D

Sadly in the last matches seems that is not very difficult to make a fool of them
He ment the time we had Thuram and Cannavaro in their primes
The time he played with those two and another defender (can`t remember the third) and scored a magnificent goal
anyway he is a great player (didn`t see much of him but from what Iv`e seen he was great)

He is right though Alen, I used to rate Pandev very highly too. But right now he's 25 and he still didn't fulfill his alleged potential. The talent is there definitely, but continuity isn't. He won't add much to this Juve team if you ask me.

Yeah, he made fun of our defense this year in the coppa in Rome, but he was talking about the time when he made fun of our defense in 2005 (Cannavaro, Zebina, Zambrotta, Thuram).

I love Pandev but i love Iaquinta more. Don't touch our attack, it's good as it is.

I can see you're doing well with the vpoints after i gave you my money. :(
It's just a matter of time before i earn another million, we can make another bet then. It should be on time for Coppa America. :p

Definitely. Much more interesting than the regular V-events:alen:

I say, only if it were a direct swap, i.e. no cash involved, and Trez was staying, then hell yeah! He would be the perfect complement for either Amauri or Trez. But otherwise, let's use our money on more urgent causes.

He he, you know thats not the case, i rate him higher than almost any other Balkan based player (not higher than Mutu though)
But you know selective, when it comes to Juve material, apart from that fact,
i dont consider the tactical need of a player with similar characteristics to Cassano for ex.

We already have Giovinco, who already is Juve material and has some WC potential,
to cover our needs for a left SS. I dont think that Pandev can play as a deep defensive winger either. Considering that Diego is already ours.
We will need or a ML able to defend and cover for him, or a left SS in front of him.
A player like Pandev will undermine Giovinco's future and wont give as any real tactical advantage, since he cant create more than Diego or defend for him.
We are not in a desperate need for a left SS as long as DP is still here.

Do you actually believe that Pandev is good enough to step up on DP's role in the future and force to stay on the bench now??
Do you believe that he has more potential than Giovinco?
20mil pounds should not be wasted for a bench player if he doesnt,
esp when we are having a 2mil LB starter right after him...

Pandev is a good player, but not what we need and def not for the money he is rated for!
