We're in a very difficult position. We made many mistakes when it came to transfers and now we're seeing it.
Is Pandev good? Yeah, I think he'd be a very good signing. He can do everything and plus he's young.
The bad thing is that he'd probably want a decent amount of time on the pitch. I'd personally sell Iaquinta and get him, if possible. Still, the main issue:
Does our board know which formation are we going to use next season? Or wait, do they know which formation are we going to stick with till the end of the season? I highly doubt.
If we play 4-2-3-1 then it'd be too hard to settle with Pandev since we'd have Trezeguet out there and Amauri. Selling Amauri is not an answer because we also can't play Del Piero there. He's not good on the left. This way we'd do good with Gio - Diego - Camo but it just can't happen. I'm not even going to mention Camo's injuries and we have no one to take his place. (No, Ciro, you CAN'T play Marchisio there).
If we use 4-3-1-2, it would suit him good. I think he would work good with all of our strikers, all. But you know what this means? It's either Giovinco accepting the fact that he's not going to play - or his sale.
Oh and I don't really like Goran playing behind.

I don't think he'd want that role and I wouldn't even offer him something like that. He's a very good player and the best option for him would be to play next to someone upfront IMO. It's Amauri's and Trezeguet's spot. Type of players that wants balls

I'm undecided on this move, before I was tottaly for, but now I have second thoughts, especially couse I think that his saga with Lazio is far from over.
I'm not sure if he can (not that Camo has been great or anything) but Camo brings something very different to our game than Pandev would imo.
And we should not underestimate his wages. Whenever you sign a freebie, you end up overpaying for his wages, partly due to the fact that there are (almost) always multiple clubs interested. Simple economics.
We have a pretty big squad as it is (too big for my liking), adding yet another player to the team, without letting one go is out of the question for me.
The only way we could use Pandev is if we're going to let one of our attackers go.

Goran Pandev is already being considered as an Inter player after he won his legal case against Lazio yesterday.
After successfully rescinding his Biancocelesti contract, free agent Pandev is understood to be assessing his options.
Nevertheless, widespread reports in Italy on Thursday morning are suggesting that he’s all set to agree a deal with the Nerazzurri.
Despite interest from Juventus, Milan and Napoli, the Macedonian will in all probability re-sign for the club he left in 2004.
Whispers in the peninsula are suggesting that the striker will undergo his Inter medical on December 28 or 29.
It’s also understood that a basic agreement has been decided with only a few minor details to iron out before the move can be made official.
Pandev, who will answer Jose Mourinho’s recent request that he wanted a new forward in January, will commit to Inter until 2013 or 2014.
In terms of salary, he’s expected to net just under £3m a season in his first year with that figure rising on an annual basis.
It’s also understood that Inter chief Massimo Moratti may offer Lazio the loans of a few Inter youngsters as a goodwill gesture.
