This case is much bigger.
I don't think it is. I saw news commentaries about it... at the time it was worse - almos every single player was involved, you could trust nobody. This time no players or coaches are involved so it's different. Anyway, looking at the charges I think there's room of optimisim since only 3 "affected" matches are mentioned (udinese , bologona, lazio from 2004/2005)... I don't think it's fair to strip of titles because of that. Big fines because of Giraudo and Moggi conducts - yes, big reductionof points for next season as a punishment - yes, but seeing as Milan was involved too, losing the titles is not fair.

blaming or whining about why other teams are not being invetigated proplerly wont make the situation any better for juventus imo.
I agree, asking for justice wont make any diference,
the verdict is already decided...

we lost the underground war years ago,
Juve will pay everything or noone will...

We have to show that we didn't have any benefit from those situations. Look at all those matches, we lost all those big games. I don't understand why everyone is look at this event with black and white glasses. I meam, they have to show that we have benefits from match-fixing and favourable refereeing....

Former Juventus chief executive Antonio Giraudo's lawyers are compiling a survey of yellow cards during the 2004-05 season with the aim of proving that Juventus did not benefit from favourable refereeing, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported.

Indeed. I think people failed to realise what's happening. IMO, what happened is that everybody exploited this huge scandal to blame Juventus for things that are totally unproven, and for their own purposes (this includes the roma&milano based media).

What Moggi did was serious - you're not allowed to talk to referees before matches, wanthing certain referees to be assigned etc etc, that's all very serious, but is there a single proof/call that Juve actually paid a ref to sell a match ? Wasn't this all so that better refs, not refs that Moggi thought were biased against juve etc, will play ? Surely some pressure must have been, and that's wrong, but the pressure will be anyway when facing the big clubs in every league... it's an inherhent problem of the system, especially when GALLIANI was the guy who signs the paycheques for the refs - without him doing ANYTHHING, there was an obvious pressure from the refs.

So basically I don't see what incriminating evidence is there to say that Juve deserve not to win the titles ??? The club should be punished for misconduct - financially and penalties for next season, but these titles are ours, I see no reason why that should change.
