What is the solution? I keep seeing people say he is either a number 9 or he is the same player as Messi. He never plays in that RWF role for us any more, and he doesn't have a 5th of Messi's mental strength or vision. I think I know what the answer ultimately will be, but for the next 1-2 seasons it's a problem.

Nah, Higgy's first half of the season was mostly unbearable, Higgy of February and Higgy of November were 2 different players.

IMO he is a good to great player right now, but for sure we dropped the ball paying that money for him.

Right now, i think his wages are an issue we need to solve. Since theres no point in continuing nurturing him and his minutes.. i think the wisest would be to sell him and put all our eggs on the dybala basket.

Mandzukic is leaving, bring Morata on a cheap and let those 2 battle it out the 9. Morata can play on the wings as he had done before so theres no biggie if Dybala is our main man.

Back to Higuain, i think his value right now is around 30-40 mils. When we bought him, his real price was around 60-70... and right now , is not like he is a wasted 36 year old fatman...he still has a lot of goals to give, specially if a team with good assistmen hire him.

If we sell, we need to ask for no less than 35. Less than that is robbery for a striker of his caliber.

Sell him and give dybala his mantle to see finally what he has got as a main striker.
