Depends on whether you want mandzukic as left winger or center forward
Well tbh despite my hatred towards him this season , with Higuain out , I think that leaves us with no choice. I'd play him at LW because I want Dybala to be the center forward. The more closer to goal he is, the better. Besides Mandzukic and Dybala in tandem has worked well in the past so yeah...

I'd play a Costa-Dybala-Mandzukic trident

That should be the trident to play at Wembley the only question mark is whether dybala can play two games in three games after being injured for 40 days with hamstring strain

Higuain ready for Tottenham?
By Football Italia staff

Gonzalo Higuain is expected to be in the Juventus squad for their trip to Tottenham Hotspur, but Mario Mandzukic remains in doubt.

The first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 ended 2-2 in Turin, so the Bianconeri must win at Wembley on Wednesday night or have a score draw at 3-3 and above.

Paulo Dybala is certainly back to fitness after two months out with a hamstring injury, as he played 90 minutes against Lazio on Saturday night and scored the winning goal in stoppages.

Higuain did not take part in that match due to an ankle sprain, but he did go through today’s full training session with the rest of his teammates.

It is therefore likely Pipita will be at least in the squad travelling to London, even if he might not necessarily start.

Mandzukic trained separately from the rest of the team today and is a real doubt for the big Champions League game.

Mattia De Sciglio is also struggling, so would be replaced by Stephan Lichtsteiner or Andrea Barzagli at right-back.

Federico Bernardeschi and Juan Cuadrado are long-term absentees.

If Higuain and Mandzukic are not ready to start, then Juventus are expected to use a 4-3-3 formation against Tottenham with Douglas Costa and Alex Sandro in the trident attack, flanking False 9 Dybala.

While I really disliked the fact that Higuain was already pretty old (compared to Morata, Griezmann, Lukaku, etc) when we bought him. I have to say that through 1.5 seasons so far, he's proven himself decent value. If we win the serie a again this season, I'd say his transfer has already directly led to us winning 2 serie a titles. (imo, without him last season would have been way tighter and possibly even gone to Roma or Napoli)

Higuain has actually been doing quite well in tough games IMO

16/17
1 goal vs Lyon in UCL Home groupstage game to secure a draw
2 goals vs Monaco in UCL semi finals 1st leg

Serie a
Crucial goal vs Napoli at home
Crucial goal vs Roma at home
1 goal vs Lazio at home

Coppa
1 goal vs Napoli at home in semis
2 crucial goals vs Napoli away in semis

17/18
Europe
1 goal vs Olympiakos at home
Crucial goal vs Sporting CP away to secure draw
2 goals at home to Spurs in last 16

Serie A
2 crucial goals away to AC Milan
crucial goal away to Napoli

Coppa
