The fact that people don't believe a professional athlete in his prime would be able to have visible abs (and tbh they are not exactly Ronaldoesque) says it all. People want to believe that being in shape is some unattainable goal just so they don't have to acknowledge that they're lazy or gluttonous. I don't want to be too harsh, because I've always liked sports and that has given me a considerable advantage, but man, people can be annoying.
Yeh, some people are idiots to be honest.
I mean, normal fat dudes have been able to slimdown a lot and lose fat to the point of getting abs in the gym. And we are talking about normal dudes with ordinary lifes, following internet diets and doing a lot of abs.
Now imagine what could be done to an athlete with some overweigh, being highly monitored by specialists, following a pro regime of exercises everyday with a personal coach and eating food which has been heavily evaluated to emphasize that training system. Devoting as many hours as he wants everyday, because this is his job.
That way, even a normal fatso would look like CR7 in 3 months.
