It's the right time to sell Higuain from a financial pov. We can't afford to let every top player retire here. We sold players in their late 20s/early 30s in 90s and 80s too.

But from a sporting pov, can't think of a better or as good an alternative to Pipita in the market. Likely, we've to revisit the question of selling Higuain again next year.

And he finally got in shape. Couldn't get in shape for us in two years but managed to right before the WC lol. That's why he has been lacking in energy lately. You don't have any when you're cutting. He might have his best season with us next year unless he gains weight again after the WC.
After choking at WC again, he will go on eating binge and show up 20kg overweight for next season.

did you watch them in CL?
Dzeko is Roma's main man, they build the team around him. Higuaín is just another player at Juve.

I'm telling you Higuaín leaving is going to be a big mistake, the 2016 season is a clear indication that we needed a player like him. We were very unfortunate to get knocked in this year's CL.

did you miss us move Dybala out of position to fit in Higuain? our entire gameplan is to get him the ball upfront. Roma build around Dzeko because he gives them a targetman, a ball distributor AND a goal scoring threat. hes not just a poacher as Higgy is with us

I take it you didn't see his awful miss in the second leg against Madrid... :p

I'll be happy if we keep him, happy if we sell, as long as there is some clear direction to strengthen the team this summer in midfield and at the fullback position.

I did but such as the case with many talented strikes. Look at the case of Lewandowski for example. I think with the Higuaín we focus far too much on the negative due to the price tag, but in reality he's still our best finisher.

Dybala does not come across as a natural finisher. We need some decent midfielder that won't keep him isolated. I reckon with a good midfield we can play both Dybala and Higuaín upfront.

Quality in Attack is gonna stay about the same, The mid is gonna be slightly better, and the Fullback department is gonna be weakened. How you like my Guru-ing @Mark?

Roma almost plays a give-the-ball-to-Dzeko tactic. They prolly didn't first half of the season, then EDF ended up mimicking Spalletti in that regard.

Dzeko's production/performance at Juve would be diff than current form or last season's.

hed have a Mandzukic esque impact without the running, but with 10-15 extra goals. id take that next to a Dybala over what Higgy is giving us
